Welcome to the forums, Arthadan!
I'm not a TLA staff member, but I think I know what the problem is - the host name "vanacreative.com" was registered to the old leader of the Last Alliance project, which he is no longer a part of. The e-mail address is therefore inactive. I would suggest PMing one of the staff members.

Thank you! I will wait for the opening of the fanart section and maybe I make a thread to show my fanart (although after seeing the level of TLA artists I'm not sure...)
