It has to be a prank, but it sure is funny. All about mall security guards armed with high-power rifles, anti-tank rockets, and armored golf carts to be better protect an uncaring public threatened with certain molestation at the hands of Chechyn rebels and Neo-Nazis

omg... OMG!!!!!! LMFAO!!!!! this is WAY off the funny scale...
couldnt agree more...
indoor retail shopping area? isnt that a mall? and since when did malls have a RAPID TACTICAL FORCE... i mean, here in egypt we only have a small dispatch of the navy marines, a couple commandos, a scout/sniper team, a tank, an air-craft carrier and 2-3 destroyers, but thats about it... why the tactical force?
