I don't like how the priests all look like modern Cardinals of the vatican. I woul like the monks in AOK to look like the original and authentic monks for that time.

Anyone good at modding interested in making Orthodox Monks?

AoK used the many of the same units throughout all the civs, the monk unit included. I suppose the current monk does well enough for the Western civs, but the monks in your picture would have been better for the Byzantines. Of course many of the civs shouldnt have those monk units either. And for that matter if your the Byzantines the monastery should not resemble a mosque.

Though I do think they could have done better with the Western monk, like the monks here. Notice the black habit of the Benedictines with the scapular over it,

Though if the idea was in fact to get the look of a Cardinal, I would have suggested a unit more like Cardinal Cushing here,

Or perhaps Cardinal Sarto, the Venetian Patriach in this photo and soon to be Pope Pius X,

But the monk hability to convert will preserve for 0 AD?? like AOK, that would be awesome because i see this convert dissapeared through the time on RTS games (in the new ones, its only a trigger)

Conversion should be a special ability for one civilization.

We have conversion, but it's not with monks (or priests), and it's not like how you think.

Care to enlighten us or will we be kept in the horrible, cold, frosty, relentless darkness.

Monks (Priests) only heal other units. But cavalry units can convert female citizens, in effect "capturing them" to your side. I hate to use the analogy, but it's similar to capturing sheep or other herd animals. Same kind of thing, but female citizens are much more valuable than a single sheep though.

Sounds hilariously funny, but does this make reference that women were raped by the horsemen?, because I seriously can't put barbaric horsemen and women together with a different conclusion ;p.
