First of all,it may be early to start planing mods, but I think its good, because when the game comes,we(The modders and fans) will have less work to do.
My idea is to create a mod about the XIX Century Wars, including the many wars of the period(The Napoleonic wars,The Latin America revolutions,The Colonial Wars). Is anyone intersted?

Napoleonic wars were in 18th century, weren't they.

Any mod is cool. However it is hard to maintain interest, focus and motivation.

Although discussion about "For Honour and Glory" mod was fruitful, it died on lack of interest of community.

XIX mod (although interesting one) will face same threat and may meet same end.

Nope, Napoleonic Wars were in the 19th century. :)

To my knowledge, Napoleon seized power in France in 1799 but he did not crown himself emperor until 1804 so its hard to say exactly which time period the wars took place. The bulk of the Napoleonic wars took place in the 19th century. So technically your both correct.

Im sure someone has some more accurate insight on the subject though.

The Battle of Waterloo was in 1815.

But anyway, I'm new and will this game really be that moddable? I'm used to AoE3 modding, where it is very restricted.

0 A.D. will be infinitely easier to mod than AOE3.
