Alpha 9 no sound on Mac (Lion)

Anyone else have this issue. I don't have any sound - music or otherwise.

It is a known issue on Mac OS X. I'm afraid You're going to have Alpha 10 to play with sound.

Meanwhile, you can listen to the music while playing.

Well, as far as waiting till Alpha 10, it still might not work. The most probable things that will be completed by Alpha 10 are features such as improved effects for ranged attacks, making them have such things as splash damage and such; healing etc;....

We had a person working on sound for Mac but he disappeared, so we're back to the beginning :-(

Sound is planned for Alpha 11, which should hit about July this year, all things going well.
