After the Helenes was split there is a bug that occurs if no civ is selected for a player (that is possible for random civ in the future?) since it then falls back and indeed to 'hele' that doesn't exist any more. I didn't find a ticket for this.
Hele is the fallback case for non-existant civs

Im Übrigen bin ich der Meinung, dass 0A.D. Auslöser braucht. (IMO 0A.D. needs triggers ASAP.)

Are you talking about Atlas?
Hellenes are still playable for custom scenarios, as will other (smaller) civs (hopefully), but won't be selectable in random map.

I think he's talking about playing a random map
When you go on Matches > Random Map, the default civ for all players is Hellenes. Because they don't exist anymore the civ selection dropdown contains no text. When you click start, it warns that Hellenes aren't a civilization (but it still starts the game).

Just figure out a new default for simulation\data\player_defaults.json.

I'll just make it alphabetical for now. Is that okay with everyone?

Indeed. I thought it would happen in scenarios as well.
