If you find any problems, please let me know. I'm not going to make any major changes, however, I'll only be able to fix errors and such.

That's because they are gif files and have indexed color palettes. We'll just have to put up with it.

Other than the buttons, it looks great. Just a few minor (as in really really really*10^4153 minor) nitpicks(sp?)
The fast reply, Reply, etc. buttons: The ends of them look odd to me. Don't know why. They just a bit odd.
Links to 0AD, and the TLA page are missing from the top thing.
Seems a lighter than the home page. Maybe darken certain bits. I prefer the slightly more contrasted theme of the webpage. This one's slightly hard to read. Maybe it's just my monitor.
And.. that's all I can find remotely odd about it.
Maybe add a slight background to the forum posts to fit with the rest better, but it looks great anyway.

That's beyond my current level of knowledge as the file names are hardcoded into the forum code. I simply overwrite existing images, I don't add new code.
I suppose it's possible, but at this point the skin is no longer my priority and a lot of time that could have been spent on game design was spent on this.
Like I said, the only changes I'll make at this point are with fixing errors.

No, it is lighter. And when we redesign the website, it will also be lighter

So I figured out why the reply buttons were so pixellated and what not.
I just installed Adobe Photoshop CS and my settings didn't transfer from Photoshop 6
So I was a moron and my typefaces had no anti-aliasing on, and I didn't notice. So I thought that the pixellation was being caused by the file format, when it was in fact due to me missing this setting.
Anyways, I hope you're as happy as I am with the improved buttons!
(By the way, if it wasn't for so many people pointing it out I wouldn't have bothered with it
