Hey Whatever happened to currency etc..?

Hey guys, haven't been here in a while:|. I decided to stop by, this is a great community etc.., I'm just wondering, whatever happened to currency, rep., etc..?

Those were pretty fun stuff:).

Also, what's been happening lately? Besides the awesome new O A.D. site/screens.

Since the forum upgrade those were not carried over. The rep may be coming back or it might not, but the currency has mostly been decided to be canned.

Lot's has happened lately around here. Several great new screens, several historians and artists were added to the dev team.

This really belongs in the Suggestions and Feedback Forum so I moved it. BTW: digging through there will also reveal topics discussing this.

Anyways, I would like to see Rep back of course. Currency we can do without though IMO........

Welcome back!

The reason we aren't putting back huge things is more mods makes it harder to update to the next IPB. And IPB isn't very supportative of mods. There were quite a few problems in the update to IPB 2.

I believe it was decided that rep will come back (eventually™) and not currency.
