After long and faithful service on our forums, winning the tolkien research essay contest and contributing to the Ardaquenta we decided to bring Curufinwë onto the team.

He will be placed in the Consultant Department and will help with general research of various topics that the Game Design Department need to help with. It is very important that things we use have a basis in the books and we believe Curufinwë will be a great contribution to the team.

That sounds like a good decision to me ;). Congratulations to the team and Curufinwë of course!

What exactly will his 'job' be?

Well, congrats from me to, Curufinwë!

Well, I'm Québécois, so it wasn't so difficult for me to speak some few words of French to congratulate my "Cousin" ;)

Congrats.
Weird. For some reason I've always thought you were already a staff member.... probably because I always identify people with avatars and yours is similar to others.

Hmm... you're also a David B.?
*foresees confusion in the future*
We could take turns being "David" and "Other David". :P

Anyway....
I really need to do something about this problem of rambling on and on....

I may just remain Curu if that is a problem ... otherwise, my IRL© name is BARRIE ... David BARRIE ... :P nice to meet you other David B.
There is a famous cartoonist in France called David BARRIER (same prounouciation so everybody spells my name the same) and a good rugby player whose name is also David BARRIER (another source of mistake), but mine is BARRIE ... like James Michael BARRIE (author of Peter Pan)
