Yea, I think the movie structure of this summer will be:
Mr. Mrs. Smith, Batman Begins, War of the Worlds, The Island, Wedding Crashers, Stealth and Dukes of Hazzard (Fantastic 4 sucked).

Of course, Halo movie right now is more of a project than a movie. On one hand MS already invested a million into the script, on the other it hasn't even been picked up by a studio yet. The movie Alexander from last year was actually in development for almost 15 years, so just because there's plans for a Halo movie and some money has been put into it yet, it doesn't mean it will happen (but I'm guessing, if a studio picked up Doom, someone's bound to pick up Halo).

Im gettng disapointed by the movie industry, they are lacking originality, they do mostly remakes or adaptions from books/games

As for remakes, that's hit or miss, I think. I recently saw the "Flight of the Phoenix" remake and hated it.

The only adaptation from game to film that I have seen is Resident Evil, but IMO they blew it, b/c the film was nothing like the game.
