Just some questions that have been bugging me about the company system in TLA.
How will they be selected? Will there be a little banner that shows up like in AoM when you made a Ctrl group of units, or can they be selected by clicking on any member of the company. I was wondering because what if you wanted to select a few members of a company to man walls or a gate.

Can you choose which direction the company faces? This could be valuble in the game because you can change which direction they are facing to protect the flanks or set up an ambush. Codename Panzers has this, if you hold down right click and move the mouse an arrow appears and you can move it around to chosse which way the unit will be facing.

Can infantry units charge, like run faster then normal when ordered to attack an enemey when in a company but walk normally when ordered to move around? It would just be something that would look cool, and add more depth to the game.

Another question, siege units have to be manned, does this mean you have to order soldiers to man the piece of equipment or will it come with soldiers already operating it?
