Winery
These
buildings represent the entire process of growing grapes
and processing them into wines with a set of buildings,
and vineyards around them. A citizen must be tasked
to enter these buildings in order to produce wine. Wineries
do not require Home Area to be built.

Garden
In
Literature the Sindar are known for their respect and
life alongside nature. Gardens are TLA's basic representation
of this spirit. Beautiful gardens with running waterfalls
they provide the Sindar with peace of mind and a place
to rest the body. These are represented as a healing
aura which heals injured units. But like any garden,
without care it will grow wild and lose most of its
beauty. In order to grant the healing effect, a Citizen
or Songweaver must garrison within it to care for it.
Gardens require Home Area to be planted and grant Home
Area to further extend the city. It is here that songweavers
may moralize fallen leaders by writing lays which other
elves seeking peace and rest will read.

Council
Hall
The
Noldorin Council Hall is the primary study and research
area of the Sindar. It is here that the wisest and most
brilliant of the Sindar gather to disscuss and speak
about a large range of things. Primarily used for research,
the Council hall also acts as the gathering center for
the elven commodity, Wisdom. Like Jewelry, to gather
wisdom from this building, citizens must be sent into
its internal studies and chambers. The council hall
has an add-on building, the Archives. The Sindar use
this to learn of new or less well known knowledge and
thus enrich the intelligence of the civilization. This
add-on provides additional technologies and functions
as the primary gathering center for the good, Knowledge.
Like wisdom, to gather knowledge, citizens are sent
within the archives.

War
Hall
The Sindar, while not war-like in nature, are forced
to learn the ways of war in order to protect themselves
and their homelands. The War Hall is the primary way
of doing this. It is here that weapons are crafted and
distributed, and soldiers are taught how to wield them.
It not only is the main military training building of
the Sindar, it's also its main military research facility.
Most military units are trained here. The War Hall requires
and grants Home Area, adding to the settlement.
Units Trained: Banner-bearer, Axeman, Ranger,
Archer and Heavy Archer.

Stronghold
By far the most expensive of the Sindarin buildings,
the Stronghold is the representation of an underground
fort like Menegroth (but of course, of smaller stature).
The Stronghold can be described as a military Great
Hall. It does not require Home Area, and still grants
it. Allowing entire settlements to be built around it.
It also deposits all resources. The only unit it trains
is the Lord, but it also can research many technologies.
The Stronghold offers the Sindar the capabilities to
build a strong settlement when in war. But it does not
render the Great Hall obsolete. Not only is the Great
Hall cheaper, it also allows the player to conduct trade
and diplomacy.
Units Trained: Lord
Resources Deposit for: all depositable resources

Wall/Gate
While not often, the Sindar did build walls and gates
for the few border settlements that required extra protection.
These were very basic defenses and would not stand up
to anything stronger than a raiding party. Due to the
natural defenses of the homes of the Sindar, walls were
considered too expensive for what forests already provided
them with. Neither Wall nor Gate require or grant Home
Area.

Flet
The Sindar built simple wooden platforms in tall trees,
from which Archers could shoot arrows at invading orcs.
These provided great cover for the archers, and were immensely
effective in protecting the woodlands. The Flet also has
an add-on building called the Beacon. A platform, above
the tree's foliage which can be lit on fire (of course,
with care not to harm the tree itself) is used to warn
allies and their own civilisation of danger. The Beacon
also allows elves to look above the tree-tops and use
their elf-eyes to see far in the horizon. The Flet is
the only Sindar building built in trees, and does not
require nor grant Home Area.
