Axeman
The
Sindarin Axemen is the common shock troop of the Sindar.
Though they lack the armor of their Noldrin cousins,
the Sindar are agile, moving easily in the woods to
track down and destroy orc parties. Wearing light armor,
with long axes and coned helms, they are a beautiful
sight to the allies of the Sindar and a terrible horror
to their enemies.

Marchwarden
The
most unique and interesting of all the Sindarin units,
the Marchwarden is the secret weapon of the Sindar.
Fast, skilled and agile they wield both blade and bow
in battle. Usually in small groups due to their more
expensive cost and training time, they make up with
pure experties. Automatically switching weapons as needed
(ranged if possible, melee if confronted in close quarters)
they can also use the weapon of the player's choice.
With a large Line of Sight and powerful memory, the
Sindarin Marchwarden is a powerful unit. The marchwarden,
like scouts, can reveal hidden enemy units upon first
sight.

Attack (Ranged), Blade Attack, Garrison, Hide

Archer
The
Sindar are known as masters of the bow, for their amazing
archery skills. The Sindarin Archer shares the elven
archery skill, Keen Eye, which allows him to focus his
gaze far away, narrowing his range of vision, but extending
it to greater distances, allowing him to target enemies
farther away. This skill is necessary for targeting
units over walls rather than simply dropping arrows
in an area. His "Volley" skill allows him to simply
launch arrows into the air and drop them around a target
area. This skill is especially deadly when employed
by a large group of archers. And after the "Flaming
Arrows" technology is researched the Archer also gains
the ability to shoot fire arrows which damage wooden
equipment and buildings as well.

Attack (Ranged), Volley, Keen Eye, Garrison, Flaming

Marksman
Whereas the marchwarden is both a talented archer and
bladesman, the Sindarin marksman is a Grey-elf who has
devoted his entire life to the mastery of the bow. The
marksman is by no means a rank-and file archer, but
rather a talented and deadly sharpshooter. His powerful
and accurate longbow can impale enemies from greater
range than his regular counterpart, the archer. His
damage is nearly lethal, but as if that were not enough,
the marksman can put all of his power into a perfect
shot, using his "Arrow of Manwë" skill,
which will allow him to instantly kill any unit except
leaders and heroes, upon hitting which the skill will
do double damage.

Attack (Ranged), Volley, Keen Eye, Garrison, Flaming
Arrows, Hide

Lord
In peace they are often found in hunting parties with
the king or in council halls disscussing politics, but
when war calls the Sindarin Lords gather and muster
their forces. Riding white steeds, the best horses Beleriand
has, they lead their companies with valour and pride.
Facing orc, man, or dwarf without fear they charge into
battle with a spirit that will put doubt into any being,
living or otherwise. Probably wielding weapons born
of dwarven smithies from centuries ago when Sindar and
Dwarves made great trade, they are both skilled and
equiped for war. Sindarin Lords can rouse their troops
with the triumphant blast and call of a silver horn.
The clear ringing over the field of battle will raise
the morale of all around him, inspiring great feats.
