Valarin in Arda
Valarin seems to be at least spoken by all the Valar, and we can probably imply that all Maiar as well can speak it.

Philology of Quendya
Valarin is a stand alone language, and probably older than Primitive Quendian. We know it directly influenced Vanyarin Quenya and probably all other Eldarin languages at the same time. It is also possible that it even influenced Adûnaic.
A pecularity of Valarin is its long words (though not as long as Entish). A single word may have over 8 syllables.
